test(omo-senpi): expect documented null supervisor identity on win32

getSupervisorProcessStart returns null on win32 so a dead supervisor
reconciles through UNKNOWN. The scheme-comparison test assumed a recorded
identity and failed senpi-compatibility on windows-latest.
