Fix crash sending many tracks from All Music in slow mode

The slow mode check in GetErrorForSending assumed a list of forwarded
messages whenever more than one message would be sent without text.
The All Music box passes only a message count, so sending more than
ten tracks without a caption dereferenced a null forward list.

Treat a missing or empty forward list as not a single forwarded album,
so the usual slow mode error is shown instead.
